Wiseacre Brewing and Josephine Estelle Present Beer Dinner

Chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman along with Wiseacre Brewing—all three out of Memphis—presented a five-course dinner Monday night at Josephine Estelle in Ace Hotel. Each of the five courses, such as the squid and endive salad with citrus and peanuts and the pork with porcini mushroom risotto, was served with a beer pairing, including Wiseacre’s Lime Azazeal and “My So-Called Beer.” As the folks at Ace Hotel said, “Like us, they're into good times, quality food and top notch pints. With all those things in mind, we decided to throw a dinner for beer.”
