Soon, all your favorite restaurants may have delivery service, thanks to a new app called Waitr. Founded by Lake Charles developer Chris Meaux, Waitr is an app that provides a delivery service from any restaurant that participates. Customers can order as much food as they want, and for a mere $5 fee, the folks at Waitr will fetch the goodies from the restaurant and deliver it right to your door. The app is currently available in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Houston, and the Waitr team is currently expanding the innovative app to New Orleans, among other cities. Waitr is free to download and will be available in New Orleans beginning on Monday, July 18.
