The New Orleans Bourbon Society celebrated the release of Donner-Peltier Distillers' brand new product, LA1 Whiskey, at Bourbon House on Thursday night. LA1 Whiskey is the first aged whiskey to be made in Louisiana since Prohibition. TO commemorate the evening, Chef Darin Nesbit created an amazing menu of Lamb Lollipops, Rum-Glazed Salmon, Tuna Ceviche, and a decadent Bread Pudding.
