The Halloween season in New Orleans is famed for its spookiness mixed in with some of the city’s famed history. (As if the spirits only come out this time of year to haunt  the people of New Orleans, but no one can seem to get enough of our ghosts). What better way to honor the tradition of Halloween in New Orleans than to have a "spellbinding" costume ball? Witches Brew Tours and Where Y’at Magazine are proud to host their first annual Haunted Costume Ball, where only those who want to dress up (whether in elegant or outrageous outfits) should plan to attend. Specializing in walking ghost tours around the French Quarter and St. Louis Cemetery tours, Witches Brew Tours really knows HAUNTED.

Witches Brew Tours’ first annual Halloween ball, “HAUNTED” is a six-hour costume ball featuring various performers and musical acts. You don’t want to miss this event, which features music from She Wants Revenge and The Knife Confession with additional performances in the courtyard. Two additional rooms will also offer live, bewitching performances by DJs Gen X and Darkwave and many more, including an enchanting and captivating performance by shock illusionist Dan Sperry and the Bad Girls of Burlesque (NOLA). In all, there will be three rooms of entertaining performances to enhance your experience at what is sure to be a tantalizing night of excitement and thrills.

The event's theme is, of course, Haunted, and will be held at Generations Hall, with catering by Fleur de Lis for party favorite treats (including vegan and vegetarian). Wear your best ball gown, or if you want to go rogue, your best Halloween-inspired costume. Guys and gals may come ghoulishly dressed to the nines from head to toe and should be prepared to strut, dance, sing, and party till the early hours of the morning.

Early bird ticket sales end on Oct. 21, including VIP with open bar options and some tickets starting at only $30 ... but hurry! Guests must be 21 years of age to enter. Various rooms will hold different events, so get your tickets for all or for some. Come out and be entranced while celebrating the first-ever Haunted Halloween Ball!
