Whiskey Bar 
Tammy Bell 

  • 2 parts SKYY Pineapple
  • 1 part Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • Splash pineapple juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Shake over ice
  • Add splash ginger ale
  • Rim a chilled martini glass with orange sugar
  • Add a piece of candied ginger to bottom of martini glass
  • Pour into martini glass
  • Garnish with a black skewer of alternating fresh pineapple & jalapeño
