Seeking creative ways to reach out to the community and beyond, the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute is offering "Cooking in Quarantine," a lineup of office hours with the chef every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm CT beginning tonight, Tuesday, March 24th.
The inaugural launch this evening will be hosted on Facebook Live, so all you have to do is tune in! The "office-hours-meets-supper-club" will be offering tips and tricks to cooking in a time of quarantine, from planning healthy meals and creating dishes from what's already in your pantry to honing cooking techniques you've always wanted to learn.
