Worms on the Brain

A man realizes that headaches he has experienced for the past four years are due to a parasitic tapeworm that may have burrowed through his body to his brain. This Buzzfeed article explains the parasite has grown inside the 50–year-old's brain causing inflammation of the tissues, which can lead to memory loss, seizures and headaches.

It is not known how the man got the parasite but it is possible he picked up the parasite during a trip to from East Anglia to China that he makes regularly.
