Emeril Lagasse's restaurants around the city are introducing a slew of Carnival-themed items. Desserts and alcohol galore for those looking for a bit of Emeril touch in their Mardi Gras season. 

Emeril's New Orleans features a King Cake Monkey Bread, with weekly-changing flavors that include bananas foster, pralines n' cream, café brulot and more. Cocktails include the Brandy Crusta and Tchop Iced Tea. 

Emeril's Delmonico has their popular King Cake Donuts served with strawberry compote and toasted pecans. Drinks include the Cathead Vodka-based Muse, Hurricane Punch and Barrel-Aged Vieux Carre. 

Meanwhile, NOLA, has their decadent King Cake Bread Pudding served with housemade Creole cream cheese ice cream, strawberry compote and toasted pecan streusel. Check out the King Cake Martini, Carnival Punch and Ambrosia cocktail as well.
