Congregation Gates of Prayer is looking for artists to
be a part of GatesFest
2022
and its Plotkin Art Village. The second annual music and arts festival is being
held in Metairie on Sunday, March 27, from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
There is no fee to join in the Plotkin Art Village and
there is space for 10 more artists! Artists from a variety of specialties, such
as photography, homemade goods, paintings, sculpture, metalwork, print media,
and textiles, are encouraged to apply.
Instructions for each artist is as follows:
- Each
artist will be given a 10'x10' spot
- Artists
must bring their own tent, weights, tables, displays, etc.
- Artists
are expected to be present from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for exhibiting.
Break-down will begin the moment after the event.
- Each
artist must provide a certificate of insurance, adding Congregation Gates
of Prayer as an added insured to their general liability policy.
