Carjackings Increase in New Orleans

According to WDSU, carjackings are on the rise for the second year in a row in New Orleans. Experts cite the holidays, distracted drivers, and limited police presence. They urge drivers to be cautious and aware of their surroundings. With 145 car jackings thus far this year, you can't be too careful.
