For over a decade, McDonald’s has been next to ESSENCE conveying inspirational messages and uplifting the spirits to the millions of African Americans that have attended over the years. For three fantastic days McDonald’s looks to magnify the experience with award-winning musical acts and celebrities at their booth. There will be thousands of giveaways, including McDonald’s Arch Cards and the iconic Deeply Rooted in the Community Tote Bags will be given out. You will enjoy non-stop action with various games, DJ performances and dance contests. Not to mention, all sizzling festival attendees looking for a cool down will be treated to free samples of delicious McCafé beverages, including Mango Pineapple, Strawberry Banana, and Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothies. McDonald’s will once again highlight this star-studded event with feature performances and celebrities in recognition of the magnificent individuals who make important contributions to the African American community.
