A Toast to Wine
Wine Spectator brought their renowned Grand Tour to three cities in 2024: Las Vegas, Denver, and New Orleans. The Marriott on Canal Street had a line through the building just for the VIPs entering before the general admission. Hundreds of wine vendors showcasing their best varietals to thirsty wine lovers lined the huge space. It was a dizzying blend of Cabs, Merlots, Sauvs, and bubbly accompanied by delicious food from in house, as well as specialties from Commander's Palace (serving their raw shrimp with a sip of sake) and more.
