Remembering Chef Paul Prudhomme

The city will not be the same after the loss of famous chef, Chef Paul Prudhomme. Prudhomme was a prominent figure in making New Orleans a culinary hot spot by introducing Cajun and Creole cuisine to the area. The food attracted tourists and thus became a new ingredient to the success of New Orleans expanding tourism.

Prudhomme is the founder of K-Paul’s and respectively named the restaurant after his late wife. K-Paul’s showcased Prudhomme’s signature Blackened Redfish and Turducken which are now acclaimed award winning dishes that the whole world can enjoy.

Prudhomme’s leadership in the New Orleans culinary field will never be forgotten and will stay alive throughout many generations. Thoughts and prayers are with Chef Paul’s family and his employees.
