WGNO reports that after 11 days in a tree, Jonathan "Lloyd" Boover, dramatically tumbled out of his hammock (and cypress tree) and subsequently put an end to his demonstration against the new golf course being built in City Park.  Boover climbed the cypress tree on March 13 to try to halt development in City Park and started with a female companion, but on the fifth day she caved into legal threats made by authorities and left the tree to avoid arrest.  According to those who supported his crusade, was probably running low on supplies and pretty hungry by now though.

This led to a rather vicious fall out of the tree, where reports indicate that he broke his nose and injured his foot and ankle.  It is unclear if he has been detained yet, but most expect him to be arrested after he is released from his medical treatment.

The tree was cut down shortly after Boover was taken away in the ambulance.
