Co-owners and chefs Ziggy Cichowski and Patricia-Ann Donohue are celebrating the 4th anniversary of their highly delightful and stunningly successful bake shop, Maple Street Patisserie. On Tuesday, April 22nd, customers can enjoy a free, specialty cookie with every purchase along with an opportunity to register to win a free 10" cake of the winner's choice.

As if free baked goods wasn't tasty enough, the patisserie announced a bistro concept that they hope to open on Earhart Boulevard sometime in May. Also, in an effort to expand their wholesale business, they've also acquired a 4,000 square-foot commissary. Plus, a third location is in the works on Magazine Street that will feature a new take on deli dining, more details to be announced soon.

"It has truly been a pleasure to share our passion for European-style pastries with our local community," said Owner and Master Chef Ziggy Cichowski. "We greatly look forward to expanding to serve even more patrons and make our artisan baked goods more readily available for the public to enjoy."
