Ever been harassed by a flying roach or surprised by some of its creepy noises during the night? Well, this news is not going to be surprising to you at all.
According to a 2015 American Housing Survey ran by the government statistical agency, New Orleans is the most cockroach-infested city out of the 25 metropolitan areas in the US. Bloomberg collected the data and established that 41 % of the Crescent City’s households are invaded by the brown bug.
During the online survey, homeowners and renters were asked various questions about their homes and about their neighborhood safety, etc. They also had to mention if they had seen any sign of roaches and rodents.
According to the study, Houston ranked No. 2 with 37.9% and Miami No. 3 with 32.1%.
