According to Nola.com, two masked gunmen violently entered Lakeview Harbor restaurant and ordered 20 people to lay on the ground during an attempted robbery Tuesday night.
Both men were wearing ski masks, and stormed into the restaurant just before 11 p.m., said New Orleans Police.
The suspects were carrying a 9 mm handgun as well as an assault rifle.
20 people were ordered to get down, while one person managed to escape.
One shot was fired, no one was injured, and the two gunmen fled the scene.
