Saints Crunch by Lorin Gaudin

The 10-0 Saints are huge news - we're all so excited and inspired by our team! While dining at Kyoto 2, Chef Yoshi showed off his new "Black & Gold Roll" - a delicious roll filled with snowcrab and draped on the outside with plenty of black and gold tobiko (fish roe). After polishing off that roll, I decided to make it an all Saints-inspired meal day and for dessert I headed over to Creole Creamery. Ice cream guru Bryan Gilmore has spun up "Black & Gold Crunch" ice cream - a French vanilla and chicory coffee base studded with crushed Oreos and chocolate chips...So fabulous and so perfect for me and my "secret" boyfriend Saint #42 Darren "Dimples" Sharper, to share...or not.
