The vibrant and always exciting Krewe of Endymion just announced that rock n' roll legend Rod Stewart and R&B artist Jason Derulo will be headlining their Extravaganza on Saturday, February 10, 2018. The two international stars will be accompanied by Endymion veterans and local favorites, Groovy 7 and The Wise Guys.
The Krewe of Endymion will kick off the festivities the Saturday before Fat Tuesday with Samedi Gras—America's largest neighborhood block party—on Orleans Avenue between Carrollton Avenue and City Park Boulevard in Mid-City. This will be followed by their giant, illuminated parade at 4:15 p.m., whose 2018 theme is "Jazz—Our Gift to the World."
The parade ends at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome where Stewart, Derulo, and many more will close the night with their performances.
