Bomb Threat in Baltimore

At 1:20 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2016, Baltimore police received an emergency phone call from a local news station regarding a bomb threat.  A man wearing a panda suit, a surgical mask, and sunglasses walked into the broadcasting station holding a flash drive, claiming that he had very important information on it.  After being refused entry, the suspect announced that a bomb was strapped to him.  It is reported that he has been shot by police, but is still conscious.  It is unconfirmed as to whether or not he actually had a bomb.
